CONSCIOUS PARENT COACHING
“As parents, we must cultivate honest, direct, and compassionate leadership.”
~ Janet Lansbury, Author of "No Bad Kids"
Being a parent will stretch you to your limits and open your heart beyond belief.
Â
As a conscious parent you're asked to advance your understanding of child development, grow your empathy and communication skills and expand your perspective beyond how you were raised. All of this on top of meeting your child’s (and your own) basic needs can be overwhelming. Often it can feel like you do not have enough time or capacity to do so. It makes sense that you feel exhausted, frustrated or unsure.
Â
I can help you move from a place of reactivity into a space of radical empathy for yourself and your child(ren).
Â
Â
There are two ways to work with me: 1:1 Coaching & Group Courses. You'll be held in a transformational container that will engage you on a personal inquiry journey that leads to more understanding, connection and empowerment in your role as a parent (and beyond). The Spring 2024 12 week course, Conscious Parenting Path, begins in mid-April. Details are here.Â
When you change internally, your children's behavior changes.

- You would like your family values to be reflected through healthy boundaries you uphold and which ensure family unity.

"With Jess I always know that I am held in an intelligent field of love and grace. A place where I can finally slow down and unravel in presence. The practices learnt have supported my family and I daily, and yet on a much deeper level, there is an alchemy happening within me that always leads to more surrender, trust and self-love than before." - Carlotta Mastrojanni

I am an advocate for women, children & families. Relationship building is at the heart of my work.
I help families to shift from overwhelm and reactivity to responsiveness, empathy, attunement and cooperation. The parents I serve are eager to better understand their children, reflect on their own patterns and limiting beliefs and upgrade the quality of their family's everyday life.
I know from my own journey as a mother that my inner landscape has great impact on my child and the dynamics of my family.
When my cup is full and my awareness and heart are open, my child feels more secure and it shows. The more committed I am to my ongoing journey of transformation and loving leadership, the more often I am able to reorient in challenging moments. By maintaining my center and responsiveness, I offer my child a safe harbor to tuck into.
Continuous growth is the goal, not perfection.
