Jess' Extended Bio in Her Words:

Through my parent coaching work, I help families to shift from overwhelm and reactivity to responsiveness, empathy, attunement and cooperation. The parents I serve are eager to better understand their children, reflect on their own patterns and limiting beliefs and upgrade the quality of their family's everyday life.

My work with women (not all mothers) encourages a reclaiming of one's innate worth and potential. Women who work with me are inspired to transform their relationship with Self in order to feel a deeper sense of connection and purpose so they may take action from a place of self-honor and knowing.

For ten years, I was a part of Wilderness Youth Project, a high-functioning, culturally grounded organization with values rooted in relationship building, nature connection and social change. I started as a volunteer and advanced to one of four executive leadership positions. I was able to excel because I was mentored, inspired, and guided to expand my own capacities while having daily opportunities to apply my learning.

I have also worked for organizations that struggled to practice what they preached, had high leadership turnover, and lacked systems of mentoring and constructive feedback. This spectrum of experiences has taught me countless lessons about what ensures growth and transformation, and what stunts it.

My spiritual journey began at the age of 19 upon attending my first Siddha Yoga Intensive and receiving shaktipat (an initiation of awakening spiritual energy). In years to follow I continued to encounter teachings, practices and mentors in the fields of yoga, meditation, nature-connection, and consciousness. Becoming a mother in 2015 elevated my journey of self-awareness and connection to Spirit beyond my greatest expectations. Over the past five years I have engaged in ongoing apprenticeships and mentoring with consciousness and energetic centered coaches, honing my intuitive and mentoring skills.

It is my passion, pleasure, and purpose to guide people to further develop themselves while cultivating a deep connection with the natural world. The lenses of nature connection and social change greatly influence the design and integrity of my offerings, as I source my inspiration and edges for growth from the natural world and a commitment to being an agent of awakening.

I'd love to connect with you to see if we are a good match.

"Jess' gentle, tender way is beautiful to witness. She is a clear-eyed teacher, truth speaker, and sage. And she does it all with such lightness and humor, all you want is more. "
